Its hard to believe that Harper is already 9 days old! Finally last night she was kind to me and slept during the night. Her schedule has been opposite. Sleep all day and up at night. But, last night she ACTUALLY slept all night waking up only twice(1:30 and 5am)!!! Its so refreshing to get a good nights rest.
Brady is absolutely in love with his little sister. Constantly coming over and "tickling Harper" and giving wonderful kisses on her head. The only thing he isn't fond of, is sharing his blanket with her. He does not like it ONE BIT.
Taylor is in love. You can already tell she will be very protective of her little sister. Every morning and night she finds me if not Harper to make sure she is doing well. Harper has been joining us on our nightly reads...so Tay can spend more time with her. At school Harper is the rage!Tay had them all in suspense while she was being born for name, boy or girl and just in anticipation. She is a little celebrity among Mrs. Cook's 1st grade class and Tay's soccer team ;)
Butter and I have finally picked out the paint and color scheme for Harper's room. This weekend we will begin to get the nursery together. She is still sleeping in our room, so it will give us a couple months to get things ready for her when she finally moves in. We will put pictures up soon of the nursery and of Brady's big boy room...hopefully it will be done within the month(my goal).
