Baby Shower

I want to thank my friends K.Taylor and Bish for throwing me a beautiful baby shower. They did a great job, exactly my taste and i was surrounded by most of my closest friends. Also everyone who participated in making this shower what it was, a special thank you to you girls as well. I am really blessed to have amazing friends. Here are some pictures.

1st day of 1st GRADE!!!!!

Where has the time gone? Last year I cried because my little girl was finally off to school, and NOW she has left me for first grade! This morning Taylor was ecstatic to go to school! I think it all sunk in that she was starting 1st grade with new friends and a new teacher, when Mrs. Cook (her teacher) asked them to say good-bye. A couple tears were brimming in my eyes, but i refrained from sobbing like i did last year.

Time with family

Today was our last day in Maine. After spending the morning spending time with Grammie Kathy and packing up, we headed over to Carmel to spend sometime with more of Butter's family. It was great to spend sometime with them. It was too short, but the kids had a blast! Especially when Papa and Butter took Tay and Brady for a ride on the 4 wheeler.

Cadillac Mountain and an afternoon at the lake

The day turned out to be beautiful! It was hard not to take advantage of this beautiful day in Maine, so we decided to head back to Bar HArbor and do some more activities. Again we got there around lunch time and enjoyed a HAdack Sandwich, Calamari and lobster roll. This was the first time i have ever had a lobster roll, and it was to die for! I definitely will be missing this food. There are just somethings you cant replace on the west coast.

Butter took the kids and I to Cadillac mountain after our walk around town in BAr Harbor. The sights from this mountain are truly breath taking. I wish it wasn't so hazy for better pictures, but the view was gorgeous. We walked around took some photos and took in this beautiful place. Taylor really enjoyed it most of all. I am not sure she wanted to leave ;)

The next day we had a great time with friends. We went to the Catell Camp and then had a BBQ at the Robichauds. Its sad that our vacation is about to end. But, it was great to visit and see everyone.
